Meet Dr. Summers
Dr. Summers was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska. A one-time Olympic hopeful in ice hockey, he has competed all over the United States and Canada. Dr. Summers earned his Honors Degree in Microbiology and a minor in Mathematics from Clemson University. He then graduated with honors amongst the top of his class from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Summers completed his 2½-year specialty training in orthodontics at the Medical College of Georgia.
Dr. Summers and his wife Sandi have four children and are members of the First Baptist Church of Simpsonville. Together they have served on medical mission trips to Honduras and are happy to serve the local community in various ways and organizations.
